The Dormir del Mar holiday flat in Santa Pola is located on the east side of town and close to Calas Santiago Bernabeu beach. There are great views towards the mountains and the sea from the balcony. The beach, supermarket, restaurants and shops are within walking distance from the property.
The apartment has a communal swimming pool and a small playground. You have private parking for free and you can also park for free around the apartment. You can reach the holiday flat via lift or stairs on the second floor.
Through the hall, you pass the first two bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite and then the second bathroom. You enter the living room with an open-plan kitchen. The third bedroom is adjacent to the living room. The beds in the bedrooms are a generous 180 cm x 200 cm, two 90 cm x 200 cm beds and one 80 cm x 200 cm bed. This bed is extendable to 160 cm x 200 cm.
In late 2022, early 2023, the holiday flat was completely renovated. The kitchen has all desirable appliances. The bathrooms have fixture and fittings. The largest bathroom houses the washing machine, which is nicely concealed in a cupboard together with the 120L boiler.
All rooms have air conditioning that are cool in summer and warm in winter.
On the balcony you can enjoy the sea views and mountain.
If you prefer to cook yourself, the kitchen has an induction hob, an oven, microwave, large fridge with two freezer drawers. And if you don't feel like washing dishes, let the dishwasher do the work.
Beach or pool? You don't really have to choose. After a day at the beach you can take a refreshing dip in the pool.
