Dormir del Mar's apartment is located in the coastal town of La Marina d'Elx and completely renovated in 2021. It has all the facilities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. All rooms are air-conditioned. In the summer this provides the desired cooling, but in the winter if necessary for heating.
In the living room there is space to relax, here you can also eating indoors. There is a smart TV with a google chromebox, so you can stream your own channels. Fiber optic internet of 1000mb is available.
On the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sea view with fantastic sunrises. On a clear day you can see Isla Tarbarca and on a full moon the sea looks magical..
The kitchen has a ceramic, induction hob, a microwave/oven combination, extractor, fridge including a large freezer and a dishwasher.
The apartment has a 120-litre warm water boiler.
The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. The washing machine is next to the toilet and bathroom furniture.
There are two bedrooms with sea view and equipped with luxury beds. Each room has 2 x 2 single beds with mattresses 90cm wide and 200cm long.
Parking available with an underground communal with own parking space. The parking garage can be accessed via a car lift. It is of course also possible to use the public parking spaces, there are sufficient parking facilities. Parking in La Marina d'Elx is free.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs and lift.
It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment and you cannot bring pets.
